Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds beef ribs
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Season the ribs with salt and pepper on both sides.

    In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Place the ribs in a slow cooker and pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the ribs.

    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

    Once done, remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet.

    Preheat the oven to broil and place the ribs in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are slightly charred.
